A converted fruit barn, in the centre of a workingvillage just outside Perpignan,
close to the Spanish border, Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.
The barn has been converted to the highest standards and with two double bedrooms and a large convertible sofa it can sleep up to six adults, the accommodation is on three floors and not really suitable for the very young or elderly.

The barn has a large, secluded open air deck built into the roof and is fully equipped with everything necessary for
up to six people.

To keep you warm in winter,
there is a Norwegian
wood-burning stove and
full electric heating and
because the bedrooms are
on the ground floor they are
beautifully cool in the summer.

Bouleternere is surrounded by
unspoilt countryside and is
situated at the base of Mount Canigou, the highest mountain in the area. It's a working
village with a population of around six hundred, just twenty easy driving minutes from Perpignan.

Many villagers are involved in fruit growing, particularly apricots and peaches. There is a bar, a bakers and a grocers in the village, all within fifty metres of the barn.

The Spanish border and the Costa Blanca are less than an hour away, Collioure and the beautiful French coast just thirty minutes and if you fancy a visit to Andorra that will take you around two hours of
twisty and turny roads.

The barn has a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen, with two fridges, dishwasher, hob, oven and washing machine.

Each of the two bedrooms has their own en-suite facilities, plus a third wc/basin on the first floor.
There is a television, vcr, dvd
and cd player and there is plenty
of on street parking just to the
rear of the barn.

Le Grange Dans Bouleternere is
ideal for anyone that likes a get
away from the masses holiday
with beautiful, unspoilt inland,
mountain and coastal scenery and a mild climate all year round.
